About the expert

As someone who used to work within the NHS, I understand how IT projects can go wrong. When leaving the NHS as an IT project manager over 15 years ago my desire was to bring high quality customer service, a non technical approach and fit-for-purpose solutions to SMEs.

Information technology as a phrase is put together in the right order. First decide on the information to manage and only then the technology to manage it, and this approach is at the heart of what Abussi offers to its clients. Working in close partnership with owner managers, Abussi are not just the ‘guys who fix the IT’ but a valued member of the client's business who can bring real value through helpdesk support, project consultancy and project advice.

Our clients typically have between 5 - 15 users and at this level Abussi can make a real difference, often bringing big-business ideas such as remote working, email on the move, VoIP and remote backup at a price point which SMEs can afford.
