I'm John and I write for the IT Donut. We're aiming to demystify every aspect of business technology, with heaps of advice about choosing, using and not getting totally frustrated with your IT.

I'm a copywriter and editor by trade, and sometimes it feels like I've spent my entire career writing about IT for businesses. I guess that's because I basically have, and it's certainly how I've ended up here.
